At Healthfame, we strive to provide accurate and reliable diagnostic services. As our offerings involve medical testing and personalized health reports, refunds or returns are generally not applicable once a sample has been collected or testing has begun.

Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your booking, please do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled collection time. Cancellations made within this time frame may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on payment mode and processing status.

Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be processed in cases where:

• A booking was made by mistake or duplicated.
• The sample collection was not completed due to a service issue from our side.

Refund Process
Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original mode of payment.
